Many of you have asked us for the meaning. Which connection there is between and italian restaurant and the capitol city of Perù? Well, there is no connection with Lima.
Lima Lima is a shell from the Limidae family. Many years ago, while he was doing scuba-diving in the Neapolitan Gulf, Rosario found a shell of Lima Lima, and today the same shell finds place in our wide shell collection that we have in the showcases in our restaurant. And Lima Lima was also the name of Rosario’s first bar that he owned in Cagliari, Sardinia. He loved so much the name that we promised to each other to call our little restaurant in Berlin as the same.
